At Capital Trailers LLC, we are committed to providing reliable and transparent delivery for your trailers and equipment. Please review our shipping terms and timelines below.
- Shipping Destination
We currently offer shipping only to the United States. We do not ship to international addresses, P.O. boxes, or military bases (APO/FPO) at this time.
- Shipping Costs
To keep things simple, we offer a flat rate shipping fee of $650 for all orders delivered within the USA. This fee will be clearly displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.
- Order Processing & Timelines
We work diligently to ensure your equipment is handled with care and dispatched promptly.
- Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-8) Pacific Standard Time (Monday – Friday). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.
- Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday). This is the time it takes to prepare, inspect, and secure your order for shipment.
- Transit Time: 6–8 business days (Monday – Friday). This is the time the item is in transit after leaving our facility.
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 7–11 business days (Monday – Friday).
- Shipping Method
Due to the size and weight of our products, all orders are shipped via specialized Freight Carriers. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. The carrier may contact you directly to schedule a specific delivery window.
- Delivery Requirements
For freight deliveries, please ensure the following:
- A representative is present to inspect and sign for the delivery.
- The delivery location is accessible to a large freight truck.
- Any visible damage to the packaging or equipment must be noted on the Bill of Lading (BOL) before the driver leaves.
