Return and Refund Policy
At Capital Trailers LLC, we stand behind the quality of our equipment. Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be new and unused.
- The item must be in the same condition as when it was received.
- It must be in the original packaging (if applicable).
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
- How to Return Your Item
We offer two convenient ways to return your purchase:
- In-Store Returns: You may return your item in person at our physical location: 3636 E Sanson Ave, Spokane, WA 99217 from 5:00 PM (GMT-8) Pacific Standard Time Monday to Friday. Please bring your receipt and the unused item for inspection.
- Freight Returns: For large equipment or trailers, you may ship the item back to us via freight. Please contact us at 509-289-4383 / sales@capitaltrailersllc.com to initiate a return authorization before shipping.
Note on Shipping Costs: Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for all return freight shipping costs.
- No Restocking Fees
We believe in fair business. Capital Trailers LLC charges 0% restocking fees for items returned in their original, unused condition within the 30-day window.
- Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted if the item is unused and in its original condition. Whether you bring the item in-store or ship it back via freight, we will process the exchange once the original item has been inspected and approved.
- Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected (either at our store or at our receiving dock), we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment (Credit Card or Wire Transfer).
- Timeline: Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
- Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged via freight, please document the damage with photos and contact us immediately before attempting to use the equipment.
